In the past few decades with technology’s rise, society has become more and more sedentary. We simply don’t use our bodies the way we used to. But lately, some people’s attitudes towards exercise have changed, almost as much as their attitude toward clean and nutrient-dense foods. Some people are going beyond just an isolated 30 minutes at the gym, and expanding their active attitude to walking more, bike commuting and staying active all day.

 

Kashi calls these people “Fitness Forwards.” We recognize that food is their fuel and the world is their gym.
