Catiebelle has 900+ hours of YA certified training in yoga methodology & makes frequent pilgrimages to India to nurture her continued study.
Avi Burnbaum (he/him)
Kirtan Musician & Cacao Ceremony Guide
Avi brings his knowledge of ceremonial cacao inspired and informed by his own daily practice. He offers knowledge and anecdotes from a wide range of spiritual and personal growth experiences. Avi was trained by the Keith’s Cacao company of San Marcos, Guatemala in ceremonial cacao education and trained in the methods of holding space for others. Avi is currently pursuing his masters degree in social work from NYU and works as a counselor, offering mental health support for college aged students. He combines his love for music performance with the healing powers of group cacao to create a vibrationally warm, safe space for others to explore the magic of self-healing.

Meet Carissa, a dedicated yogi who discovered the transformative power of yoga 24 years ago and hasn't looked back since. With a diverse background in various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar, Carissa has been shaped into the passionate and versatile teacher she is today. Driven by a desire to create meaningful experiences on the mat, she infuses her classes with fluidity, functionality, and fun. She invites students to embark on a mystical and magical journey within themselves connecting to Source, rather than simply leading a routine workout. Carissa aims to create a deep dive into the realms of body, mind, and spirit, where each breath becomes a meditation and each movement a prayer. Shain Fishman (she/her)
Yoga Teacher & Owner of Highland Yoga
Introduced to yoga in the 1970s, Shain has studied with teachers in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Arizona. In 2001, Shain became a part-time yoga instructor and took over ownership of Highland Yoga in 2002. Shain expanded her studies and teaching qualifications and received her 200-hour teaching certification in 2008 from Inner Journey Yoga.
John Farrell (he/him)
Kirtan Musician & Addiction Recovery Coach
John is a Recovery Peer Advocate, Addiction Recovery Coach, CRAFT family facilitator, and Self Empowerment Coach. He also is a Himalayan Bowl Sound Practitioner, Usui Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, Ordained Minister, and Kirtankar. John has had many varied careers in his life, from a Professional Touring Musician to Private Voice Teacher, Music Educator, College Professor, Musical Theatre Director, to Special Needs Educator, and Self- Empowerment /Substance Abuse Coach, accumulating over thirty five years of recovery along the way. He has coalesced this knowledge with over forty years experience into his practice. Whether he is coaching a client using adult child exercises, chakra affirmations, or his “Power of Words” board to reframe thinking and find more effective coping skills, John brings these same intuitive skills to his work with one on one sound bowl sessions, Group Sound Meditations and End of Life Sound Sessions with Family Support.. John was first introduced to Kirtan in 2017 attending Krishna Das concert and Immediately fell in love with chanting. It was a quick progression from attending Kirtans to playing drums to studying Bhakti to buying a harmonium to leading Kirtans. He has been leading Kirtans since 2019.
Rebecca Smith (she/her)

Rebecca Smith is a 500hr RYT and has been sharing the lessons of yoga for the past 10years. Her teachings have been inspired by her time learning in India and multiple intensive trainings. Rebecca is a former local studio owner, a 500hr trained Ayurvedic lifestyle coach, and a mama of 3 beautiful children! She holds a deep passion for sharing the practices of Ayurveda and Yoga with her community!
Rebecca DeRosa (she/her)
Yoga Teacher & Musician
Rebecca DeRosa is a yoga instructor in the Catskills teaching Chair Yoga, Gentle and Restorative Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow. Her classes include both gentle stretches and dynamic movement to open the body and release tension. Rebecca enjoys working with students throughout every stage of life and will help you find the yoga practices that best support you in the moment. Rebecca received a 200 hour yoga certification in Dharamsala, India in 2015 and an Accessible Yoga certification in NYC in 2018. She continues to study mindfulness practices, philosophy, and anatomy. One of her most memorable experiences as a yoga instructor was teaching meditation at the Brooklyn Cat Cafe.

Christine Martin has been actively involved with The Art of Living, a humanitarian and educational non-profit organization, since 1998. Christine has over 2000 hours of training and is a certified SKY Breath-Meditation instructor and has been facilitating SKY courses since 2018. SKY Breath Meditation (Sudarshan Kriya) is an evidence-based breathing technique designed to reduce stress and anxiety, increase energy, and improve overall well-being.

Sonia is a yoga teacher, devotional guide, kirtan wallah, and student of Vedanta and Śakti Tantra. Her work is founded on the principle of self love and radical acceptance, as a pathway for discovering one’s innate wholeness. Her devoted study with her own teachers, and healing journey have empowered and supported her in offering this work to you. Utilizing the wisdom of the Veda Tradition, Sonia’s programs and classes emphasize the beauty of deep nourishment- for the body, mind, and soul. She’s experienced first hand the transformation available when we are richly supported by the nectar of yoga’s wisdom. This life changing knowledge is shared to do just that- guide you in how to apply practices and teachings to enhance, enrich, and embolden your daily life. Whether joining her for kirtan, a Supreme Release Yoga class, or devotional studies, Sonia is known for her illuminating storytelling and joy for teaching. She is based in Lancaster, PA where she lives with her partner Adam, and dog/sadhana buddy Mango. Sonia stewards a private yoga studio, Hidden Yoga, within Adam's tattoo shop Hidden Hannya Tattoo.

Alan has been on journey of Self discovery over the last decade after a near death experience. His struggles with addiction brought him to a state of surrender and humility. He strives to deepen his spiritual growth through Holistic modalities such as Yoga, 12-Steps, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Devotional Music. Alan has been studying music since he was a boy and is a multi-instrumentalist. He now devotes all his studies and music as an act of service to help others heal from suffering.
Maryanne Ford (she/her)
Yoga Teacher & Kirtan Musician
Maryanne began her yoga journey in 2000 at a time when the grueling demands of a fulltime nursing career while raising three young sons was taking its toll on her. Change had to happen and priorities were made. Fast forward 24 years and many workshops and trainings later she is still a physical rehabilitation nurse, maintaining a yoga studio with a long time private clientele. Her style of teaching is based on proper alignment and modifications needed for those with varied abilities. She is currentIy enrolled in a 200 hour Qigong Level 1 Teacher's Training she will begin sharing soon. Maryanne is also a decades long multi-instrumentalist of various genres including southern rock, Irish, and most recently Kirtan.
